I have some connections to Zimmerman. I’ve always wondered if you gave Mike Anderson some truth serum if he would say Mizzou was a better job. I asked some coaching buddies who know Zimmerman this. They said Zimmerman said Mizzou was a much better job. Better arena, better budgets, etc. He said Mizzou Arena was always clean and well taken care of. Bud Walton would be dirty after games and not taken care of as well. They just thought as a staff that Mizzou was a better job with a better athletics department. It’s just that Anderson wanted to go back home. I never wanted to post that when they were there but now that they are gone..there you go.
