Let's try this again. Sun's out for now, and the Border War is set to get going at 3:00. Tori Finucane takes the circle for the Tigers for the second straight day, with Paige Lowary out again today with stomach illness. A win today puts Tigers at 2-0 in the Regional, with a loss putting them in a much tougher spot entering Day 3.

Genovese hits one hard to center with two outs, but no dice. 2-2
Top 2: S. and E. McGinley reach on a single and a walk to lead off inning, but Finucane retires next three in order to prevent any damage. 2-2
Bottom 2: Mack gets on via hit-by-pitch to lead off inning, advances to second base on a wild pitch. But Randazzo/Fleming/Gadbois go down in short order, can't take advantage of Pille can't missing her spots. Pille does look like she's laboring early, however. 2-2
Top 3: Finucane gives up a solo homer to Chavez with one out. Gives up two singles and a walk to load the bases, but escapes jam without any further damage. 3-2 Kansas
