I was reaching out to more players who received offers from Missouri during the NCAA Contact Period in January and came across MJ Gideon, who received his first FBS offer from Missouri. He wasn't expecting it since assistant head coach and cornerbacks coach Al Pogue was at Madison (Ala.) James Clemens, the school that produced former Tigers defensive end Jaylen Brown, to see a different recruit.
