From @Adam Gorney:

Patrick Hall is one of the up-and-coming defensive backs in California this recruiting cycle and while his recruitment started off slowly, things are picking up.

An SEC offer will be one to watch.

Kentucky recently offered the three-star defensive back from Irvine (Calif.) Crean Lutheran and now Hall definitely wants to get to Lexington as soon as possible.

“That was great to get an offer from them,” Hall said at the recent Ground Zero 7on7 media day. “They called me and we got connected and got that offer.

“I want to get to know the coaches more and get a better relationship with the school.”

Kentucky, Boston College, Arizona, Syracuse and Sacramento State are the schools standing out most to Hall as the Eagles are another school he will consider even though it’s across the country.

A new offer from the ACC will have his attention as well.

“I’m not hesitant,” Hall said. “I’ve been considering it.”

More interest has been coming in as well as Hall has shined at numerous offseason events and seen Vanderbilt, Ole Miss, Arizona State and Missouri also involved.

Trips are coming up as well as Hall’s recruitment could expand even more. Trips to Georgia Tech and LSU are expected and the three-star cornerback is trying to get to Kentucky as soon as possible.
