Looking at UCONN's players who get significant minutes, they all appear to have participated in some sort of crossfit/MMA conditioning program followed by high intensity aerobics. They don't seem to slow as games progress and don't seem to have any relative loss of quickness (compared to what they had at the start of the season). We, on the other hand, look to have fallen off the edge of a cliff beginning about four weeks ago, appearing to have lost team speed and quickness relative to what we had at the beginning of our season. Do we need to change our conditioning program to something more similar to what UCONN does during this off season?
