It is simple really...WDWWD.

I am not going going out on a limb here...nobody will be all that much surprized if Mizzou wins because Kentucky is no juggernaut.

But lot's of people EXPECT Mizzou to lose because we frankly have not looked very good through the first three weeks.

But Gabe and Pete are dead wrong. So are the SEC crowd of Finebaum, Tebow, Spears, and McElroy....as are the game day crew of Desmond, Bob, and Herbie.

All these guys picked Mizzou to lose today and they couldn't be more wrong.

Why? Because this is exactly the type of game Gary Pinkel handles better than almost any other Head Coach in America.

Mizzou has shown a recent history of battling through adversity..bouncing back when you think they are down and out...improving through consistent work and repitition while staying the course...and usually (note I said USUALLY) winning the games they are supposed to...and playing well on the road.

Nobody keeps their cool under pressure and avoids panick and knee-jerk reactions better than GP.

He won't wow you with a firey press conference or quotes...he won't shake thinks up by making sweeping changes in strategy or personel...but he will kill you softly with WDWWD.

Contrary to what many think the guy is very smart and an extremely good leader. He knows how to judge and manage people...he is the ultimate CEO.

I ask myself many of the same questions you do about his strategies and personel decisions...and no, he is not always right.

But he is right far more than he is wrong...and I trust him.

Brian Austin, Lee Corso, and Dave Matter are right this week in picking the Tigers...because WDWWD.
