It doesn't seem likely that Babcock is going to leave VT. Alnutt wouldn't be bad if he could be pried from Memphis, which I'm not sure is likely.
Sundvold is the kind of guy who would put his heart and soul into it. You'd have to believe it's not a stepping stone for him. He's well-respected in sporting circles, and he knows what it takes to be a CEO. He's willing to go all in on hiring coaches who can win, even if that means pissing some people off (see: Huggins, Bob).
