I've accepted a new job in Columbia. My start date is June 1. I've only visited CoMO for sporting events either in high school or for Mizzou -- so I'm not really too familiar with the layout.
I'm looking for any recommendations for rental properties. Also, if they're any students on here looking to sub-lease for the summer, I may be interested in that as well -- depending on the price (I'm stuck in my current lease until August).
Looking for an all electric unit in a nice part of town, doesn't have to be downtown. I'll be living by myself, so I'm looking to spend a max of between $700-800 for rent.
I appreciate any advice and sorry for the off-topic.
