Much discussion of the new coach recruiting "bump"

and thatbwe missed that with Odom and Anderson both due to them being late hires.

Aren't almost ALL coaches late hires? In that they are hired near the end of a recruiting cycle? Odom and Anderson just missed the bump because they weren't head coaches elsewhere that could bring players with them?

Hoping for some insight here....
