My MPJ conclusion

I think we have a coach who played this MPJ situation just right. After thinking through all of these scenarios I can totally see CM’s angle. There is no doubt MPj is “close enough” to get on the court. But Kentucky was absolutely too early. And tonight...was an absolute must win game. Why would you screw with chemistry on the road in the most important game of the week. Playing MPj in tonight’s game likely INCREASES our chances of losing because of distraction/chemistry/etc....

CM knew we had enough to win tonight without MPJ so no need to screw with it...the pressure is 100% lifted and MPj playing on Saturday and beyond is all but guaranteed.

This was a business decision and CM had to make the right call...and I think he did. Now we can use Sat and SEC tourney to go figure out how to properly insert MPJ into this offense.
