jayhawk fans have long pretended that they didn't care to ever play Mizzou again but that just isn't the case. They were as obnoxious as I remember, and my god do they whine about foul calls, or the lack there of.
On to the hoops, ku is a fine team. Graham is buckets, and Azubuike is a monster. Enough abt them they don't matter.
Mizzou came to play. Tilmon is the real deal, and I love the fact that he had 7 fouls in THIS game. He will have to harness that energy moving forward but man is he going to be special. MPJ is the best player to put on the black & gold maybe ever but he just forced too much today. He must work on his handles in traffic or he will kill possessions. Harris is aggressive, just not afraid to drive to the hoop. His willingness to drive will lead to a lot of easy buckets for our shooters. I've thought all along that Jordan Barnett would be the biggest benefactor of having real talent around him and that showed today. Kash Money is exactly that, he is lights out from behind the arc but he's also a very good all around ball player. Jontay showed he can play and wasn't afraid of the big stage. I love having a big lefty, that can pull from anywhere, or play in the post. KP, and TP are going to be solid contributors and we should all be happy that they no longer have to shoulder the load. Overall, this team played with so much heart and hustle that Larry Bird would have been proud of them. I hate losing to any team, especially ku but if Mizzou isn't worthy of a ranking then the top 25 must be loaded.
