Charlton "C.Y." Young has been at Florida State for nine years. Can't say it's done, but hearing his name as a strong possibility to join Gates at Mizzou. Would assume it would come with a promotion in title (lead assistant, associate head coach, something like that).

We've previously said we feel pretty good about Kyle Smithpeters from John A Logan joining the staff. I think one of his Cleveland State guys, either Dru Joyce or Rob Summers, is a possibility for the third spot, but that's more of a feeling than anything else.
