So with the four brackets (south, west, Midwest and east). Is it predetermined who plays in final four? In other words do the same two regions always meet in the semifinals?
I'm curious as to seeding of teams. For example if the top two overall seeds are placed in brackets that are closer to their campuses (allowing KU to play in Omaha, duke in Charlotte Etc) does that mean they may meet before the finals ? (Meet in semifinals). Or do they seed all the regions and then Move the regions in the main bracket so the top two overall seeds can't meet until the finals (eg switch the east and Midwest regions for example so two different 1 sees couldn't meet until finals).
