Hopefully there will be at least a few serious replies to this, I know I am asking a lot of the OT.
A few weeks ago I had some back pain I assume due to a shoulder press lift I did the day before with too much weight. The back pain went away but then I started having some chest pain, upper right side, felt similar to a bruised/cracked rib I have had in the past. Hurt to laugh, cough, breathe deeply. The pain has improved steadily as I now only feel a little pain with a big deep breath. I have continued to workout and be active with little to no affects. I guess I'm just wondering if I should be concerned with the pain that remains when I take a long deep breath? Should I assume it is just a muscle strain/tear that takes a long time to heal? I would go see my doc but since the pain has improved a little every day I have put that off.
