Need UGA Trip Advice

We're looking at trying to rent a house in Athens for the Fri/Sat of the Georgia game. Hotels aren't happening this close to the game, and we don't want to travel too far.

What's the best way to go about doing the weekend rent route? We had some friends that did this for the Ole Miss game two years ago and it was pretty last minute and found a great place.

Also, where is the best area to stay? We're all young "professionals" who will be looking to hit the UGA bars and nightlife.
