I think Drink is a great hire. His teams are good in Red Zone, have low turnover margins and can put up big plays. Worried about him having 3 things in place.
1. Defensive Coordinator - has some good games and some where they gave up 30+. A good DC could make his teams really fun. Any ideas who might be DC
2. Strength & Conditioning - I know not everyone loved Pat Ivey. But he did a heck of a job under Pinkel and has been given a lot of credit for what our D-Line used to be. Watched a few games of App State, was impressed with quickness of their team.
3. Recruit the Area - not saying to keep any of guys on current staff, but curious if he’ll snag someone with some local ties.
