clearly there isn't another $100M laying around nor does our current ticket demand justify more seats being added ...that said, the NEZ could use some help. The scoreboard for sure needs to be replaced. That thing is the 2018 living room equivalent of a 19 inch tube tv. I'm curious what kind of budget it would take to put bleachers where the grass is, maintaining the block M, and then create a larger concourse behind it. Down-the-road, when a larger project is warranted, it would be interesting to consider another mixed use structure but have that structure include commercial (restaurants, event space), corporate and possibly some non-athletic university space -- get your hooks in future donor pools by making the b-school, j-school or med school look out over memorial stadium. Obviously not the whole school but perhaps some sort of auditorium, meeting space, library, etc.
