First off, I would like to apologize to anyone I offended by calling y'all some sorry ass fans. Secondly, I admit I may be rooting for Odom so hard that sometimes I don't think straight. He's an underdog and I love when the underdog defies the odds and come out on top.
As far as Odom is concerned, he has my full support until he's no longer the coach at Mizzou. Am I disappointed in how the season has gone, absolutely. Will I continue to watch and attend games this season, absolutely. I can't defend the decisions being made or the product on the field and the buck stops at Odom, plain and simple.
My issue with the fans is how quick you guys turned on him. To me, that's being a fairweather fan or bandwagon hopper. We're all either Blues, Cardinals, Royals or Chiefs fans at the same time. How many of you all stop supporting those teams when it's obvious there's no postseason possibilities? If you all are like me, probably never. I'll go to a Cardinals game if they're 50 games out of first place and enjoy the hell out of it. So why shut down your support for Mizzou or better yet look for a reason not to support Mizzou?
We have 4 more games remaining and if the team falters, there's people in place who make alot of money to handle personnel decisions.
