A federal judge in Texas ruled Obamacare unconstitutional. I need to review the decision but my understanding is that due to the repeal of the individual mandate fine in the 2017 tax cut law, that eliminated the tax determination that saved the law in Robert’s first opinion for the SCOTUS.
