I personally think this new staff is going to be new energy and focus to the team. I see this team having much better leadership and a chip on their shoulder.....
With the addition of Ross & Strong, the running game should be improved. We finally have a QB coach again which I think will pay major dividends for Drew Lock.... The WR's have some talent that redshirted last year.
The D line play makers at every position and great depth. Let's hope Beckner is back and ready to go. We have talent & depth at the linebacker position and I think the safety position is going to be good. We have a very good corner on one side.
The return game should also be much better with Ross and Johnson....
It all comes down to the O line. If the can just be slightly below average, I think this team will shock people.
Must say I'm extremely excited for this season. As much as loved Pinkel, we needed new energy and fire.
