the reason it wasn’t pursued is that Mizzou was not eligible to take one last year. The general reason for that has to do with academic progress of prior grad transfers (remember the Shamburger deal). I don’t have specifics on this (nor are they necessary right now) but did confirm with a department spokesman who confirmed with compliance that Missouri could not have taken a grad transfer
