You don't have to worry every year where your OC is going. In a perfect world the HC is the manager and coordinators call gameday plays. However, watching this stuff every year with all the coordinators either trying to leave or get a raise is mind numbing. One other thing is you can save a million for OC salary and spend it elsewhere.
