Besides the traditional Thanksgiving spread what do you have?

I’ll start, in honor of tomorrow, smoked hawg butt and bacon wrapped deer loin. We have the traditional stuff too but had to supplement the Turkey with some competition worthy fare. Thank God we weren’t playing the cocks!
