If you’re in Blue Springs any time soon you have to try Jazzy B’s Diner and BBQ. We had the Armadilla Eggs, Crab Balls, Blue Cheese Potato Salad, Apple and Jimaca Slaw, Pulled Pork Sandwhich, and Ribs. Everything was incredible. They have a big menu but I don’t think you can wrong with anything. True KC BBQ and my new entry into best KC BBQ joint.
