What sport?

The Marquise Doherty thread got me thinking.. Mike Shannon chose baseball over football, and man, was he right. Though, nowadays, I feel like the NFL is catching up. In terms of salary, no one compares to MLB, but that road schedule has to be grueling.

I gotta go with team sports, because it's less lonely, more fun. I'd say my top three would be hockey, soccer, and baseball. I think middle relievers make more per actual performance, but that's too much pressure. Maybe midfielder, or center in hockey? Wings get crushed on the boards. Hockey is rough on you, soccer doesn't pay much in the states, so I have to go with baseball - it's a grind, but you're compensated handsomely and you don't have to go to Winnipeg.
