Now THIS is what I call a bracket. A website in Kansas City has created a 64-restaurant bracket to crown the city's best spot. I have a Final Four of Q39, Arthur Bryant's, Joe's Kansas City and LC's. Bryant's beats Q39 and LC's pulls the upset over Joe's Kansas City. Then Bryant's wins the title because their original sauce could be consumed as a beverage and LC's doesn't have the sides to compete.
BB's Lawnside is a 4-seed to watch in the Q39 region. The Stack BarBQ could surprise people in the Jack Stack region and pull the 7-2 upset over Bryant's. Woodyard could be a 5-seed that beats top-seed Joe's in that region, and RJ's Bob-Be-Que could be a 6-seed that makes a shocking run in the Gates region.
At the least it would be a heck of a selection committee to be on.
