My son is attending the Missouri State basketball camp this weekend. This is his fourth consecutive year at the camp and they do an awesome job. I'd absolutely recommend anyone sending their child next year if you live in the SWMO area.
This year when it came time to pick team names kansas was recommended by one of the kids, my son politely said "I would rather sit out of every game than have that name for my team." My son is a polite, and curtious kid but he grew up with hate in his heart for ku. One of the assistant coaches at the camp loved his dismissal, and said he grew up a Mizzou fan so he got a kick out of it. The group eventually settled on Oregon which should say something about how much that brand has grown the last 20 years.
Again the 4 day camp is absolutely a good time, and the kids seem to love it.
