OTE and Others

[Mizzou Pride]

Can someone explain to me how OTE and others get funding to compete with schools in NIL? I just don't understand how they get resources to do that. To my knowledge they don't have an alumni base to draw from nor do they have thousands and thousands of fans filling arenas to fill their coffers. TIA.
