Probably best to let that one simmer a bit. An absolutely hideous game on everyone's part. Someone is required by rule to win, it wasn't mizzou.
Feast on the stats. They're pretty similar and absolutely ugly.

Good job defenses?
The difference in the game proved to be Notae. Namely the 3 that checked up on the neck from the logo and the prayer in the lane. No excuses, just that they went down, and it's notae...ble. Plenty of other things to pick apart. For starters that Mizzou was outscored by 30 in the middle 16 minutes of the halves (and Arkansas was by 24 on the bookends).
Not too torn up that the weekend came to a conclusion. Would've preferred to be cutting down the nets Sunday, no doubt. There could be some benefits to being back at home. We'll see.
Was a little concerned having played 40 minutes Thursday night haunt us in the second half, especially with Mitch and Tilmon leaving in the second.
Pinson has had a rough 6 days with hard falls.
The refs...what's the saying...with great power comes great responsibility? Just because you can, doesn't always mean you should. Can't in good conscience say it played against us any, but just not what you're hoping to see.
Anyway, that should just about do it for the thoughts. Will be back Sunday to look at the bracket.
