Defense was exceptionally poor. Vols handed out turnovers like candy, had multiple shot clock violations...yet had WAY too many open looks. 11-23 from 3.
Offense, ugly. Jackson and Mitchell were fine. The rest, not. Yeah, about 10 points worth of shots rolled out. Doesn't matter.
Tilmon is important.
So is Dru.
Both were effectively no shows, but only one had a doctor's note.
Any designs of a good season hinged on grabbing a win tonight. They didn't.
The team on the court should've been good enough to win this. They weren't.
There aren't many such games left on the schedule, so they're gonna need to get shit figured out. Win they're +7 in turnovers and 9-25 from 3, those have to be better results.
