FOOTBALL Power Struggle going on?

I'm baffled as to the play calling in the 3rd quarter last night. The more I think about it makes me wonder if we don't have a power struggle going on as to who should be playing QB right now.
Basically, we hung Drew out to dry last night for a quarter and a half. Trying to make sense of why.
