This was posted today by Project Veritas. I think Carlos Monje, a Twitter executive who appeared before a Senate committee exploring social engineering by the giant social media companies, is going to get nailed for lying to Congress.
It's pretty rare for Veritas to not make additional comments along with the footage they post. I believe the indication here is that Veritas has a lot more secret camera footage of Twitter employees contradicting Mr. Monje's testimony. It'll be interesting to see what's next.
