We should theoretically be better at every position next year. Significantly better at some. That's something that no one else in the SEC can say.

1) Kentucky
2) Tennessee
3) Mississippi State
4) Florida
5) Missouri
6) Mississippi
7) Alabama
8) Arkansas
9) Auburn
10) Georgia
11) Vandy
12) South Carolina
13) A&M
14) LSU (first to worst implosion)

If I were to project the SEC standings right now, here's what I would guess at.

Mississippi State brings in Prince Oduro but they lose Quindary Weatherspoon and Aric Holman. Elias King should step in and help out but I think their upside will be somewhat limited. SLIGHT UP

Ole Miss will be better next year but they lose key cogs in Bruce Stevens and Terence Davis that they will need to overcome. SLIGHT UP

Arkansas losses Gafford but returns everyone else. Very young right now so they will be significantly better IMO. SIGNIFICANT UP

Tennessee loses a lot in Schofield and Alexander. Guessing Grant Williams won't test the NBA waters. They return Bone and Josiah Williams is a 5 star freshman. They will likely be very good again. STEADY

Auburn has some nice players coming in. They will likely be good but they lose Brown, Dunbar and maybe Chuma Okeke so it's likely they will take a step back. SLIGHT DOWN

Bama has a nice class coming in and should be better overall but they lose Donta Hall and Riley Norris who play a ton of minutes. SIGNIFICANT UP.

Florida has a GREAT incoming class but they lose three starters. I think they will be better next year but it's not going to be a huge step forward because of what they are losing. SLIGHT UP

LSU is going to be a complete mess. FALLING OFF A CLIFF

Vanderbilt and Georgia will be better but are in very bad shape right now so a decent season is the best they can hope for. I don't care if UGA has the best player in the country coming in, they have major problems. SLIGHT UP

A&M sucks and seems destined for a coaching change. STEADY

South Carolina seems stuck in neutral. They lose some major peices in Silva, Gravett and Campbell and I think they take a step back again. SLIGHT DOWN.

Kentucky is Kentucky.
