Just watched the game. I'm not re-hashing the QB choice. Its clear its Brady. But focusing on the passing offense.

Before the 2 minute drill, we were 108 yards on 17 (14/17) attempts. WTF! 6.4 yards per attempt. That is shit offense. Playing the slow march versus GA, LSU, etc., I totally get. Not against SD. We executed our shit passing offense from last year. I thought we had a new OC?

This game should have been used to work on downfield passing. Which we finally did in the 2 minute offense.

I was talking with another MIZZOU fan. We all want to 'hope' that the offense was just vanilla. But thats not they way it works. You are what you show. Chase Daniel teams would light up punk opponents.

I know SD was playing 2 deep safeties, for lack of deep options; but the middle/seam was open all day. We attacked far too few times. Why does Drink/Moore prefer to get our play makers the ball at/behind the LoS and not in the middle of the field?

Luckily we have another game that shouldn't make MIZZOU sweat. Hopefully, we work to attack downfield. Target our play makers 1o1 down the sideline, etc.

Drink has said that explosive plays win games. We had 4 and 2 were garbage time.

The only Cook specific comment I'll make, is he has to run the ball starting with kSU. He is dynamic in the run game. Force a LB to stay home and that seam play becomes our bread and butter. If a safety takes it away, then the 1o1 sideline opens up.
