A customer of mine passed away that was on scholarship from 53 to 57. He always said Faurot offered him to get a teammate of his at Coffeyville, KS to come play for him. He loved Mizzou and his time there. His wife asked me to provide an MU hat to lay beside him in the casket that I was honored to do. A mutual friend told me that he said he also caught Norm Stewart on the baseball team some.
