@GabeD you mentioned that Healy was out because he wanted to bring his own staff. You also mentioned that the administration is looking for a way to keep Brick and Hill on with the new staff. Was the hang up these two specifically or was the admin wanting to dictate his whole staff?
I feel like if it was the whole staff Sterk was wanting control over that is an error on our part. I feel like if it was Healy saying no to one or two coaches that is an error on his part. But mainly I think this is about two sides just being shit deal makers. If it really is about Mizzou just wanting these two guys on staff we have a bigger budget and you can have analysts that are not technically coaches but stay on staff. If you have the information on exactly how this fell apart I would appreciate it. I still think McElwain is the coach but every day you are more confident that is not the case and since you know more than me I would like to know how a interesting candidate was ruled out.
