I’ll be in Chicago soon for a long weekend. I’ve been to Bassment a couple times and really enjoyed it, but it appears they changed some things up with the layout and they no longer have tables for fewer than six people.
So now I’m in search of a bar similar in nature within a short drive of the Loop that has tables for 2-4 people. Ideally something with a minimal cover/bottle service charge just in case the music sucks.
