With regard to the current scandal involving NCAA men's hoops,
is Addidas, the company, in legal trouble?
I understand one of their marketing guys gave big money to AAU non profits, coaches, players, families, etc. I understand that.
I assume the FBI can drop the hammer on Addidas as a company, in essence denying them the
ability to conduct business, by freezing assets, and company phone records, and emails, etc as part of this investigation.
Question is, Can the FBI formally charge the corporation known as Addidas with a crime?
