So, people made the predictable jokes when Shane was drafted by Denver last night-where weed is legal-that it is a good fit. But many were quick to point out that doesn't matter because the employer (in this case the NFL/Broncos) outlaw smoking weed. But, let's just say Shane Ray or another member of the Broncos were pulled over and had a legal amount with them that it wouldn't be an incident and therefore not reported? isn't that how Dwayne Bowe got in trouble? Shane will have to come to the NFL in Stage 1 so I know he will be tested some but for most guys once the season starts I don't think they test.
