1. Seven straight run leads to a Brett Norfleet highlight.
The Tigers start the game with seven straight runs for 50 yards, and on the eighth play, Brady Cook throws a pass to the flat to TE Brett Norfleet who gets 16 yards and finishes the play with a perfect hurdle over a Gator defender.
If I'm Kirby Moore, I'll run it seven or eight plays in a row and then pass if this keeps happening.
2. A good drive ends in a field goal.
After a pretty good first drive. The Tigers got to the Florida five-yard line and settled for three. That's a win for Florida. On third down, Norfleet ran a route into the end zone and stopped. If he keeps running to his left (which is towards the T in Tigers in the end zone) then he may be open for Cook to pass to him.

3. Florida gets off to a fast play due to a miscue.
So, on second down Graham Mertz completed a pass for 61 yards to Ricky Pearsall after Rakestraw fell down in coverage and Carlies missed the tackle. Mertz is a check down merchant, but his PFF grades indicate he's at his best on intermediate throws.
If Florida can stretch the field beyond the first down marker consistently that could develop into a little problem for the Tigers.
A couple of plays later, Mertz threw an eight-yard pass right behind Chuck Hicks and in front of Joseph Charleston to Eugene Wilson III for a touchdown.

4. The second offensive drive for Mizzou is nothing.
On first down, Mizzou runs the ball and gets a few yards on a Cook scramble. However, Cook didn't look to the left side of the field because if he did he had Schrader open in the flat.
Mizzou gets tackled for loss on second down and on third down the receivers get no separation. So, it punts.
5. The passing game is a little shaky to start.
The passing game is off. I do not see much separation from the receivers.
Cook is 2-of-7 for 23 yards.
Tigers have 13 carries for 65 yards (five yards per carry). I think they should ram the ball down Florida's throat until the Gators can stop them.
