Starters for defense
DL: Isaiah McGuire, Jayden Jernigan, Darius Robinson, Trajan Jeffcoat
LB: Ty'Ron "Lil Hop" Hopper, Chad Bailey
DB: Ennis Rakestraw, Martez Manuel, Jaylon Carlies, Joseph Charleston, Kris Abrams-Draine
Starters for offense
OL: Javon Foster, Xavier Delgado, Connor Tollison, Connor Wood, Zeke Powell
TE: Tyler Stephens, Kibet Chepyator
WR: Mookie Cooper, Tauskie Dove (Lovett and Burden came in on second snaps)
RB: Cody Schrader
QB: Brady Cook
Mizzou will receive.
First Series for offense: Brady Cook showing some wheels with a couple of first-down runs. Keeps proving he is faster than everyone thinks. Zeke Powell had a false start he will be the biggest key to victory in my opinion. Cook forces a neutral zone infraction to get a first down -- important to get in this raucous stadium on fourth down. After they got the first stagnant playcalling. Mevis kicks a 49-yarder for 3. Good to get points but you wish they spice it up inside the opponents' 40-yard line. KSU 0 MIZ 3
Koetting with a nice tackle on the KOR because it looked like a house call.
First Series for defense: Single coverage with Rakestraw on Knowles looks, suspect. He gave up two first downs. Seemed like a relatively easy drive with little resistance. Deuce Vaughn scored from a yard out. Martinez threw for more yards on that drive than he did all of last week. KSU 7 MIZ 3
Second Series for offense: Start the series with a timeout. Right after a TV timeout. The play is a jet sweep to Cooper for -4 yards after the timeouts. Then a screen pass that got snuffed out and then Burden dropped the same pass he dropped last week that led to a INT.
Then a 32-yard punt to put KSU on their own 49. This is looking shaky.
Third Series for defense: Rakestraw is seemed to be getting picked on. KSU driving easily again.
