1. Luther Burden misses the second half.

He wasn’t in on the final drive of the first half and was ruled “unlikely to return” at halftime due to an illness.

We’ll ask Drinkwitz more about that postgame.

2. Theo Wease powering through something to continue to dominate the Bulls.

Wease caught a five-yard pass (his 11th reception) to begin the opening drive of the third quarter. Then, he left the game. He eventually returned later in the third quarter.

He caught a few more passes and entered the fourth quarter with 13 receptions for 149 yards.

The school record for receptions is Justin Gage with 16 for 236 yards versus Bowling Green in 2002.

3. Missouri's defense has Buffalo’s offense in submission.

A sleeper hold, an ankle lock, a Kimora lock, whatever submission you can think of the Mizzou defense has the Bulls offense in. As of the 5:18 mark in the third quarter, Buffalo has three total yards and two punts. (They'd finish with 19 total yards in the quarter).

Nate Noel powers one home to cap off an eight-play, 47-yard touchdown drive with a four-yard touchdown run.

BUF 0, MIZ 31
