This is one of my favorite pieces of all time. I sincerely appreciate the candid responses you reported.
I guess I especially appreciate the glimpse into the reality of what is happening. It seems very telling that this was thought about beforehand. Or maybe some of this is a result of a lack of recruiting and relationships. I thought every coach had some recruiting responsibilities of position or area.
I would have thought that we would have some guys leave and follow him just from past experience. Great to see these guys are still 100. It’s almost as if it was expected.
If you told me that we had a first team DE (not really but ok) and LB I would think we would be better. I felt fortunate not to play Iowa as everyone other than SEC powers Vandy, Kentucky, and maybe SC kind of plowed us and did whatever they wanted.
Walters is an extension of Odom and I don’t see how Odom is any good to be frank. Bush and Bush Lite.
