So here is my take (and I'll admit it's dangerous making assumptions): Three national reporters tweeted Ramey's visit schedule almost simultaneously on Monday afternoon. So they were obviously fed the info from Ramey's camp at about the same time. What are the chances that on Monday afternoon they didn't know when he was flying to Philly and scheduled an in-home?
That doesn't necessarily mean Louisville is out or that he's coming to Missouri. I'm not dumb enough to make guesses on this one (and at this point, I agree with those of you saying this has reached the "weird recruitment" stage) but I don't see how the Louisville visit not happening could be bad news for Mizzou.
Still four weeks left in the signing period, so he has time to come back next week and still get three visits in with no problem if he chooses to, but I know Mizzou and Louisville will both be chasing grad transfer point guards, so if he wants to go to one of those places, I don't really think he can afford to sit around and wait a long time.
