Read and react takes special people-do we have them?

Over the years I have seen a lot of teams go to read and react on defense---many were forced to go back to the big rush to win games. I assume Odom signed off on this because Cross and Odom are betting a lot that we have the personnel. Our D-backs depend on the line getting pressure. If we cannot do it with the line we will need to send more people. In either defense linebackers that can read and react are necessary. It will be interesting. By the way when Odom talked with the AD about what he needed to help football with the AD I hope he had input from his assistant coaches-it is basic so I assume he did.
