How long does this field maintain receiving a 6% commission on residential properties? I get back in the day when average homes were a fraction of the price today and the top line impact was minimal but with the internet tech companies springing up why has there not been a huge shift away of using commissioned brokers on local properties being purchased. Buyers and sellers seem to think the process is extremely complicated?
Yes I am aware of Zillow and the like but people don’t seem to have shifted buy and selling unrepresented as one might have suspected.
