I'm sure I'll get crushed again for seeing a silver lining, but here goes:
Mizzou averaged 280 yards/game in 2015, including games against Arkansas State and SEMO.
They got 462, at West Virginia, their first game of the season.
Additionally (and it seems like I said this a lot last year) if they can cut down on the mental mistakes, they would have even more yardage.
If, and big "if" here, there wasn't a crucial fumble, 37 dropped passes (at least two of which were drive killers), and a few really bad calls by the officials, I think they could have won that game.
