"...The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (University), Division of Intercollegiate Athletics (DIA) seeks to retain the services of nationally recognized higher education sports search advisors to provide support during employment search processes on an as needed basis...."
If I were an Illini coach (and I'm looking at you, Tim Beckman), I'd put off any home re-modeling, and maybe start looking at real estate agents, just in case
