Mizzou has missed on many big time recruits, but I am trying to think of several positions that left the state who had two characteristics.
Lets be clear, the Tiger 10 ended up being a GIANT Bust.
1. They were blue chip recruits, at least 4 star, maybe top 250 nationally
2. they had all conference seasons at the school they chose out of high school
I was thinking about the WRs who left state. On other positions, I cannot think of a QB who left and had great college career. Was Josh Freeman ALL BIG 12? BTW, the top 3 of that class in state of MO was Josh Freeman, Adrian Clayborne, and Jeremy Maclin (is there a better top 3?)
On to WRs, there is Durron Neal. I don't think he ended up all big 12.
On Jameson Williams, he wouldn't actually qualify here either. He was All American, etc., but at his transfer school, not Ohio State.
No one else comes to mind. Missouri did send a good WR Chaisson to Michigan who had a great college career, but he wasn't any where near as highly recruited.
On OL and DL, Mizzou has missed some good ones who went on to have great careers. The OL Roderick Johnson was 2 time all ACC.
