It just occurred to me that with Mizzou now having played five games this season, there are a couple true freshmen who have officially used their first year of eligibility. So I went and took a look at the participation reports to see where all the true freshmen stood. A quick disclaimer, even though this is info straight from Mizzou's website, I don't think it's perfectly accurate. For instance, Mookie Cooper is listed as participating in five games even though he didn't dress on Saturday. But it's all I have to go on.
Already appeared in five games: Dominic Lovett, Mekhi Wingo
Others who have appeared in more than one game: Arden Walker (3), BJ Harris (listed at 2 but I'm pretty sure he's played in 3), Ryan Hoerstkamp (2), DJ Jackson (2), Dameon Wilson (2), Daylan Carnell (listed at two but not sure that's accurate). These will be guys to keep an eye on to see if they burn the redshirt this season
True freshmen who only played against SEMO and seem likely to redshirt: Travion Ford, Zach Lovett, Tyler Macon, Davion Sistrunk, Connor Tollison
Guys not reported as injured but also not listed as having played this season: Taj Butts, Tyler Hibbler, Gavin McKay
